Terms of sale

These terms govern the purchase of products through the Village Tea online shop. By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted them.

2. Products and availability

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are indicative. Sales are subject to stock availability; if a product is unavailable after purchase, we will inform you and refund the corresponding amount.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before payment is confirmed. Loose-leaf tea and coffee are sold by weight (100 g, 250 g or 500 g), depending on the option chosen.

4. Purchase process

Add products to your basket, review your order and click "Checkout". You will be taken to Stripe's secure gateway to enter your shipping and payment details. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a receipt by email.

5. Payment methods

Payment is made through Stripe, which accepts credit/debit cards and, depending on the device, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Village Tea has no access to your full card details.

6. Shipping and pickup

• Shipping within Spain (mainland): indicative delivery of 2 to 5 business days. Cost: €4.90, free on orders of €40 or more.
• Store pickup (Carrer de Mallorca 159, Barcelona): free. We'll let you know when your order is ready.

7. Withdrawal and returns

You have a right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee under the terms described on the Shipping & returns page.

9. Governing law
